Naval Station Norfolk is the world's largest naval station, home to dozens of ships and aircraft squadrons of the U.S. Atlantic Fleet. Vista Point Conference Center (Bldg Q-88) is located on the waterfront area of the installation.

You have been designated as a VIP / Family & Friends guest. Parking has been pre-arranged at the front Vista Point Parking Lot.

- Park in the front Vista Point Parking Lot — this lot is designated for VIPs, Family, and Friends of the ceremony
- Some parking spots will be labeled for specific guests — look for your name if applicable
- Please leave handicap/ADA spots available for those who need them
- Do not park in any restricted or reserved areas not designated for the ceremony
🚘 Driving Tips
- Allow extra time for base gate security screening — 15—20 extra minutes recommended
- Have your valid photo ID ready at the gate
- Follow all posted base speed limits and traffic signs
- Follow signage toward Building Q-88 / Vista Point after clearing the gate
