Sharing Malcolm's Story (NBC4/WRC-TV Interview)

ANNANDALE, Va. โ€” Fentanyl continues to be a devastating issue affecting families in communities across America. After losing our loved one, Malcolm, in January 2023, my wife and I have been committed to raising awareness about the dangers of fentanyl and its impact on children in our local community. We recently sat down with News4 Investigative Reporter Tracee Wilkins for an interview as part of the weeklong โ€œFighting Fentanylโ€ series. The station has made the reports available on its website (nbcwashington.com/investigations/fighting-fentanyl-what-this-powerful-drug-is-taking-from-dc-area-families/3738111/) along with a resource page (nbcwashington.com/news/local/resources-how-to-find-help-in-the-dc-area-for-youth-fentanyl-users/3732524/) for families seeking help with opioid and substance abuse issues in the D.C. area.
