ASHBURN, Va. — I had a wonderful time this morning attending the Washington Commanders Training Camp practice at the team’s facility in Ashburn with friends. It was exciting to experience the energy of the crowd, meet fellow OU graduate Tress Way, and enjoy a beautiful Virginia morning in great company.

Today, I celebrate the life of my firstborn son, Malcolm.

It’s hard to believe how quickly the years have passed. It seems like just yesterday we were welcoming him into the world and into our family. He brought a joy into my life that I will forever be grateful for.
I wish he were here so I could celebrate his birthday with him, give him a hug, and tell him in person how much I love him. Although he is no longer here with us, he will always be my son, always be loved, and always be remembered.
Happy Birthday, Malcolm. ❤️
