The Hawks scored in the first quarter on a blocked punt that was returned for a touchdown. Later in the first half, the Hawks scored after converting a fake punt and on a controversial 4th and goal touchdown pass. The Atoms were stopped on a 4th and goal play on the goal line in the third quarter, but scored later in 4th quarter, but missed the 2 point conversion.
