ALEXANDRIA, Va. — The historic lighthouse at Jones Point Park, built in 1855, is the last remaining riverine lighthouse in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Located on the Potomac River near Old Town Alexandria the park is also the home of one of the oldest federal monuments, the first boundary stones for Washington DC.
