NORFOLK, Va. — The 2009 Children's Move-It-Expo was tailored to inspire children and families toward active lifestyles and healthy habits with interactive exhibits, fitness demonstrations, and educational workshops focused on nutrition and physical activity. Children had the opportunity to participate in fun activities that encouraged them to discover the joy of movement and exercise.
