Organized in the 1905–1906 school year as a literary and social studies club at Cornell University, Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. (ΑΦΑ) evolved into a fraternity and became the first African-American, intercollegiate Greek-lettered Fraternity. Its aims are "Manly Deeds, Scholarship, and Love For All Mankind." #alphaphialpha #foundersday
