WASHINGTON — Today, I couldn’t resist the lovely Spring weather and decided to explore two of my favorite local National Historic Sites during lunch. A quick visit to the Frederick Douglass National Historic Site and a short stroll at the Kenilworth Aquatic Gardens were exactly what I needed after spending a long Winter cooped up at home.
